Is online registration enough?

No. The recruitment process is divided into two stages: The first stage - recruitment in the on-line system

The second stage - bringing of a complete set of documents (*see the tab ADMISSION DOCUMENTS)

How to make an application?

Visit the English version of the website https://wsm.warszawa.pl/en/
Click on the APPLY NOW button
Choose the Faculty (click on Apply button in front of the Faculty)
Register in the system
Fill the required tabs: personal data, passport details, address
Upload the documents
Make a payment of the tuition and admission fees
Bring the originals after arrival

You should contact Admission office via email to arrange an online interview.

When should I pay the tuition and admission fees?

After you register in the system, the representatives of the Admission Office check your documents and generate the Conditional Offer letter for you. After receiving the Conditional Offer letter you should make a payment.

*International students should pay the tuition fee for 1st year of studying (in EURO)

*You should write the name of an applicant and the specialization in the title of money transfer.

Do I have to provide a set of documents personally?

Yes, you do, because you have to sign a STUDENT CONTRACT.

Pay attention! You should inform the representatives of the Admission Office before you come to sign the Student contract.

You should bring the documents and sign the Student contract in the Admission office (ground floor, room A004)

Can I pay the tuition fee in installments?

International students can pay the tuition fee in installments only from the 2nd year of studies.

Does the University offer part-time studies in English?

No, the University offers only full-time studies in English.

Register on online application portal
Fill out personal information and attach scans of necessary documents (see the list of documents in the tab ADMISSION DOCUMENTS)
Pass an online interview if you don’t have English language proficiency certificate (to arrange the interview contact Admission office via email. office@mans.org pl)
Receive Conditional Offer Letter and make a full year payment
Attach payment confirmation to your application
Receive scans of Acceptance documents and make Visa
Bring the originals of your documents after arrival (see the list of the necessary documents in the tab ADMISSION DOCUMENTS)

DORMITORY

The Warsaw Management University has a student dormitory with approx. 300 places in single, two-, three-, four-person rooms as well as suits with en-suite bathrooms. All the rooms have access to the Internet, kitchen and laundry.
